Shaun

Shaun is a keen animator and has been involved in weekly workshop organised through school to learn stop frame animation.

Animation is something many autistic young people have a huge affinity for, but there’s not many places that people who don’t enjoy working in larger groups can be involved.

Watching animation, model building, drawing and youtube are essential elements in Shaun’s life, and bringing them together to learn high level animation techniques is really interesting to him. He’s even joined a local animation group for autistic young people Artlink set up in partnership with Midlothian libraries and Barnardos (read more here).

We’ll work alongside school and transitional social work to take these new skills into new opportunities beyond school.
